Description
The Judicial Protection Division of the Sheriff’s Office is responsible for providing security throughout multiple government buildings within Benton County. The position also requires a high degree of professionalism and the ability to multi-task in a highly stressful environment.
Applicants must be team-oriented and capable of working collaboratively with others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the safety and security of the courts, administrative buildings, and all individuals within. Duties include monitoring building entrances, deterring disruptive or harmful behavior, operating video surveillance systems, and making arrests when necessary.
Qualification Requirements:
Applicants must hold a current, basic certificate, from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy.
Education and/or Experience:
Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
